Sonya Gammon

Sonya Gammon began attending meditation groups at age 12 in Finland, her native country. She moved to Montana, United States, in 1988 when she was 13 after her parents divorced. Learning a new language and fitting into a new culture would’ve been challenging enough as a teen without trying to keep secret her family’s association with Church Universal and Triumphant, a New Age movement that many saw as a cult.

She obtained her Master’s degree in print journalism from the University of Montana and worked in newspapers for a decade as a copy editor in Oregon, Montana, and Pennsylvania. She became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2004, married, became a stay-at-home mother, divorced, and entered the senior care field because newspapers were disappearing.

Sonya became a practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ in 2020 and has since completed her Level 2 training. Being a childhood trauma and sexual assault survivor, an immigrant, a former follower of a strict spiritual movement, a divorced mother, an ET/UFO experiencer, spirit travel facilitator and channeler has made her a better healer. She is the owner of Cosmic Connections Spirit Journeys LLC.

She started channeling after compiling some of her most interesting sessions into her book “From Old to New Earth: Exploring Planetary Changes through QHHT®” that also included material from her own sessions. When her regular practitioner wasn’t available, she decided to lie down on her own therapy bed and begin talking. What followed was a two-hour message from her ET guides, the Tourmalines. Teachings from her guides, friends, and soul family members on the spirit side about Earth’s journey into the fifth dimension are featured in her other books in her New Earth series, “The Secrets of the Light of Life: How the Interplay of Polarities Operates in Our Adventurous Universe,” “The Eternal Legacy of Light: Claiming Our Inheritance from the Stars,” “The Freedom from Karma: Liberating Yourself from the Ties That Have Bound You,” “The Mysteries of Our Adventurous Universe: How Evolution Shapes the Worlds We Live In,” and “The Relationship of Souls: How We Create Our Worlds Together.”
