Sheun David Onamusi

Sheun David-Onamusi is a Nigerian-British entrepreneur, healthcare collaborator, and mind coach whose work bridges the worlds of business innovation, community empowerment, and personal development.

At just 24, during his National Youth Service in Nigeria, Sheun launched a multi-million Naira franchise of T.M. Lewin in Abuja, setting the tone for a career defined by vision, impact, and bold execution. Now the CEO of StillDapper UK, creators of the David Jacob by Dapper luxury leather goods brand, Sheun champions craftsmanship, design excellence, and global reach.

He is also the founder of EFRA Wellbeing Ltd and Chair of the Redefine Africa Foundation, a human capacity development nonprofit that empowers young Africans through skill-building programs and impact investment—primarily supporting job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs.

A strategic thinker with a strong digital and consulting background, Sheun has worked on high-impact projects with global corporations. His leadership and global influence earned him an honorary doctorate at age 33.

Sheun is a published author of two self-help books, including the award-winning Knowing Your Game, and a recipient of the Global Authors Award. His work consistently reflects his commitment to personal transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.

Outside the boardroom, Sheun is an engaged community leader in St. Albans, where he has run for local office and volunteers with the Good Neighbors Scheme and Sea Cadets. He holds a degree in Marketing with IT, with additional qualifications in Strategy and Business Administration from the Wharton School (USA) and the London School of Economics (UK).

As a mental health survivor and advocate, Sheun is dedicated to creating digital solutions and fostering open dialogue to combat stigma and promote mental wellbeing.
