Reena is a Transformational Guide, Energy Practitioner, and creator of the 6R Ascension™ Process, a structured framework designed to help individuals heal beyond symptoms and transform beyond awareness.

Her journey into healing began in childhood, inspired by her mother's wisdom, spirituality, and deep understanding of life's unseen dimensions. Over the years, personal experiences of loss, grief, and profound life transitions led Reena to explore the deeper connections between emotional wellbeing, energy, consciousness, and spiritual growth. What began as a search for healing evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others reconnect with their true selves.

A pivotal moment in her path came during her work as a Regression Therapist, where she became aware of and learned to trust her intuitive and clairvoyant abilities. These experiences deepened her understanding of the soul's journey and reinforced her belief that true healing occurs when we address the emotional, mental, energetic, ancestral, and spiritual aspects of our lives as a whole.

The passing of her mother during the COVID pandemic became another transformative chapter, leading her into a deeper exploration of grief, resilience, energy healing, and spiritual connection. Through her own healing journey, she gained a profound appreciation for the wisdom that can emerge from life's most challenging experiences.

Today, Reena combines professional training, lived experience, and intuitive insight to support individuals through healing and transformation. Her work integrates Regression Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual and Energy Healing, Ancestral Healing, Inner Child Healing, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Intuitive Guidance.

She teaches practices that cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony. Through the 6R Ascension™ Process, Reena helps individuals release limiting patterns, heal emotional wounds, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and align more fully with their purpose and potential.
