With a background in business, project, and delivery management, Palina has held roles that gave her hands-on experience in building digital products from the ground up. She’s led engineering teams, coordinated with stakeholders across time zones, and overseen full development lifecycles, from early product discovery to launch and scale. Her ability to align business vision with real-world execution has helped companies streamline delivery, build amazing technical products, grow startups faster with fewer roadblocks.
 
Today, as Co-Founder @ Okeen, a boutique software agency helping early-stage startups launch faster and smarter, Palina manages a team of industry experts that bring bold, high-impact products to life and approach every project with the same care and ownership as her own. From strategy and prototyping to development and launch, Palina plays a key role in ensuring each product is rooted in user insight, technical excellence, and long-term growth. She’s passionate about helping startups turn big ideas into meaningful, scalable solutions.
