Noreen Chadha is a transformational coach in the field of leadership and conscious parenting. Drawing from her knowledge of mindfulness techniques and fundamental neuroscience, she supports clients all over the world in their quest to move towards a more self aware, present and connected way of living, leading and parenting.

With over 10 years of experience of leading teams in hospitality operations, Noreen has always been passionate about leadership culture, customer service and supporting others on their growth journeys.

SInce launching her business she has coached in partnership with several top European universities including IE in Madrid and Bocconi in Milan, as well as companies such as Google, L‘Oreal, Cartier, Deloitte and CBRE to name a few.

She has hosted countless workshops over the years on various topics including neuroplasticity, behavioral economics and mindfulness. Having trained with Psychology Consultancy LTD on emotional intelligence, she also offers EQ-i assessments, and helps her clients work towards increased levels of EQ.

Certified by clinical psychologist Dr Shefali Tsabary‘s coaching institute as a conscious parenting coach, she supports parents in reflecting on their own patterns, triggers, fears and values, and aids in strengthening their relationships with themselves and with their children.

She believes that being truly present in our day to day is one of the biggest challenges of our time, and also one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves.
