Vital Edit Is Redefining Midlife Wellness for Women Who Want More Than Trends
Updated: Sep 11
Noreen Chadha launches Vital Edit, an expert-led salon series for Berlin women who want to navigate midlife with knowledge, confidence, and a supportive community by their side. Vital Edit was born out of frustration and overwhelm. Women’s health is everywhere. Podcasts, social media, and celebrities are all giving advice and selling products.

Somewhere along the way, wellness started to feel a lot like fashion. First, we just needed to be thin and beautiful. Now we are expected to be “well” and age without aging at all. Navigating this new chapter in our lives can leave us feeling empty, with many unanswered questions circling through our minds.
On the flip side, when women get together face to face and connect, we learn so much and feel so inspired. We walk away full.
Vital Edit creates the opportunity for women to have a fulfilling experience, meeting in different locations around Berlin for an intimate afternoon or evening of learning, inspiration, and connection. Women in their 30s and 40s have questions and goals. We want to be proactive, we want clear answers, and we want to feel confident when we walk into a room.
“We often associate health and longevity with diet, exercise, and supplements, but after many years of coaching, I strongly believe it also involves how often we laugh, have a stimulating face to face conversation, or simply have a new experience. The intention is simple, to bring women together, learn new things, and have fun while doing so.”
Each Vital Edit gathering brings in an expert to explore relevant topics (from perimenopause and relationships to investing and parenting), while leaving plenty of room for socializing. From documentary screenings to game nights and intimate panels, the Vital Edit promise is that every guest leaves with evidence-based insights, fun memories, and genuine connections to other women in a similar stage of life. No influencers, no wellness trends, no sales pitches.
