Natasha Pynn

Health and Wellness Chronic Pain Researcher

Meet Natasha Pynn, founder of The Pain Manager CO., who has transformed her personal journey with chronic pain into a mission-driven organization. At the heart of her work is "The Self Project" a powerful initative helping individuals distinguish between their identity and the pain- whether physical or emotonal to heal and rediscover sense of self

A longtime chronic pain sufferer, and naturally optimistic and free spirited person, I've always tried to maintain a positive outlook, even in challenging times. My high-paced entrepreneurial lifestyle, running multipe business and real estate ventures, took a toll on my energy and well-being. The contstant pressure to perform normally while living with debilitating pain left me feeling drained, burdened and exhausted. Eventually I hit rock bottom and succumbed to depression, The darkeness was suffocating and the pain was relentless. Migraines and emotinal turmoil became a daily reality with no escape from the cycle in sight.

During the two years I learned invaluable lessons about resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of self-care. I assembled a team and management plan focused on holistic well-being, including lifestyle coaching, therapy, nutrition and fitness. Accepting support and healing was a humbling experience, especially since Im normally most comfortable being the one offering help. The journey was arduous, but rebuilding myself has been incredibly rewarding. I've emerged stronger, more compassionate, and committed to my own growth. This experience has been the most significant self-development journey of my life, teaching me the value of self- love, acceptance, and the importance of prioritizing my well-being.

Her clients don't just experience pain relief, they undergo a total transformation. Anxiety dissolves. Sleep deepens. Eating patterns normalize. And most surprisingly? The beliefs that once held their pain patterns in place shift naturally, often without direct confrontation.

This isn't about adding another coping strategy to your toolkit. It's about fundamentally changing your body's relationship with pain, stress, and healing. Through a combination of Harvard-level psychological insight and cutting-edge nervous system work, Natasha creates a unique space where deep, lasting change becomes possible.

Ready to discover what lies beneath your pain story? Your nervous system's wisdom and Natasha's expertise await."
