Miriam Garcia-den Boer is a brain-based vitality coach and founder of Wellbrain.nl. With an international HR background in large multinationals across Europe and the Middle East. A true citizen of the world, she was born in Spain and lived in the UK, Qatar and she has been based in the Netherlands since 2018. At the end of 2023, her life took a profound turn with a diagnosis of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) an experience that became the catalyst for discovering her deeper purpose. By understanding how the brain works, she transformed her approach to vitality, behaviour and sustainable living. Today, Miriam is dedicated to empowering others to build brain awareness, strengthen resilience and create more sustainable, energized lives. She believes that when you understand your brain, you unlock the power to truly thrive. She deeply delieves that discovering your brain works can transfor your behaviour, life and well-being.

Personally speaking, she is happily married and deeply passionate about traveling. She finds inspiration in Japan its culture, harmony, balance and mindfulness which beautifully shape both her way of living and her work.

A native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and intermediate in Dutch, she brings a warm, global perspective to everything she does.
