After years of struggling with insecurities and limiting beliefs, she was able to turn her life around and make a radical change. She decided to dedicate her life to helping people believe in themselves, and go after their dreams. She believes growth and wellness go together, you cannot be completely healthy without working on improving yourself and life. Her company has different wellness and personal development programas with clients around the world. This year her first book came out and a transformation journal.
