Marta Amaya López is a Clinical Psychologist and Mental Health Consultant with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and organisations through emotional, relational, and professional transitions. Trained in Clinical Psychology and working from a psychoanalytic perspective, she has helped adults, couples, and adolescents navigate trauma, relationship difficulties, migration-related grief, and periods of profound personal change.
Her background also includes extensive work in leadership development and organisational culture, combining psychological insight with human-centred strategies that support resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable growth.
Marta is the co-creator of Freedom of Mind, a platform devoted to helping individuals navigate uncertainty and life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.
Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation begins when people allow themselves to go through life’s challenges with awareness and compassion—opening the way to healing, growth, and a more purposeful life.
