Dr. Mandeep Singh Gill (Dr. Manu Gill) is a lifestyle health coach, medical doctor, and creator of the Thrive Well Wellness Accelerator, a leading program helping high-performing parents reverse insulin resistance, lower A1C, restore energy, and rebuild their health through science-based daily habits.
A graduate of Aureus University School of Medicine with clinical training in New York, Atlanta, and Chicago, Dr. Gill completed all board exams to practice as an MD in both Canada and the United States. After multiple unmatched residency cycles, he made the pivotal decision to step outside the traditional system and build a coaching model centered on root-cause metabolic health, not medication-first management.
Today, he blends medical science with circadian biology, nervous-system regulation, and identity-based behavior change to help clients transform their health from the inside out. His work emphasizes sleep alignment, sunlight exposure, structured eating windows, protein-focused nutrition, stress recovery, and simple, sustainable habit design.
Dr. Gill is also a Certified Trainer and Executive Consultant with Dale Carnegie Toronto, where he trains leaders in communication, human behavior, and performance psychology. His approach fuses evidence-based metabolic strategies with the human-relations mastery of Dale Carnegie–resulting in a coaching style that is scientific, grounded, and deeply relational.
As a Unicity partner, he also educates individuals and families across North America on metabolic optimization and the Feel Great System, integrating practical tools like Balance and Unimate into his frameworks for lifestyle transformation.
Previously, Dr. Gill served as a COVID-19 Case Manager for the Ontario Ministry of Health and the City of Hamilton Public Health Services, strengthening his expertise in public health, crisis communication, and chronic disease prevention.
Known for his calm presence, clear teaching style, and ability to simplify complex physiology, Dr. Gill’s mission is simple:
to help people reclaim their health, confidence, and longevity–through lifestyle, education, and sustainable identity shifts.
