She has a background in Economics and development Finance, with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, sales and business development strategy, and leadership. She is an award-winning business mentor (received as part of her role in mentoring UK-based Businesses). She is a certified NLP practitioner, certified mental wellbeing coach and an ILM executive coach. Her approach as a Holistic Business Architect helps leaders create a bespoke framework around strategy, people and processes with people at the centre of it. She is keen to help businesses see that the emphasis on values centred on human needs can foster a successful enterprise that is constructed around the lives of both its employees and its customers. she works with the mantra, "People first, performance will follow".
 
Liz serves as an Executive Strategy and Wellbeing Coach and is the CEO of the Clarity Coaching Hub. In this role, she has worked alongside C-suite executives, senior leaders, and owners of micro and small businesses across different industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, health, and technology. She is the Founder of Achieveher Network, a faith-driven platform and a movement dedicated to women supporting one another, empowering them to elevate themselves with confidence, faith, and strategic clarity.
