Leah Crescenzo
RTT Hypnotherapy & Women's Coach
Leah Crescenzo is a Transformational Coach and RTT Hypnotherapist who helps women navigate life’s biggest transitions with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. After witnessing firsthand how easily women lose connection to their inner truth in relationships, partnerships, and motherhood, Leah made it her mission to guide them back home to themselves.
Through her unique approach, combining subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation, Leah helps women bridge the gap between who they were and who they are becoming. She empowers them to release old identities, step into new possibilities, and trust their own wisdom once again. Her work goes beyond surface-level coaching or temporary coping strategies; she focuses on identity-level transformation, helping women feel grounded, integrated, and free, even in the midst of profound life changes.
Leah believes that transitions are not setbacks but invitations to rediscover who we truly are. Whether a woman is navigating the end of a relationship, rediscovering herself in motherhood, or reimagining her next chapter, Leah provides a safe, guiding presence to hold the vision for what’s possible. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help every woman remember who she is beneath the noise — whole, centered, and ready to embody her truest self.
