Kelly Gates is a Women’s Leadership and Identity Coach specializing in identity transitions, resilience, and meaningful reinvention during pivotal stages of career and life. She works with high-achieving professionals, particularly women, who appear successful outwardly yet sense a growing disconnect between who they truly are and the roles they lead.

Kelly trained as a Personal Performance Coach and is also an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a globally recognized credential in professional coaching.

Her work centers on a principle often overlooked in modern professional culture: leadership, in both life and work, becomes far more effective when grounded in authenticity. Kelly helps clients reconnect with their internal authority, so decisions, ambition, and direction are shaped by clarity and self-trust rather than external expectations or pressures.

Her perspective is informed by her own experience of profound personal and professional disruption. Several years ago, she faced the end of a significant relationship, job loss, financial instability, and the grief of closing a fertility journey. This experience required her to reimagine a future she had long assumed and reconsider what a meaningful life could look like when long-held plans no longer applied.

Before this period, Kelly built a successful career in broadcasting, working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments. While professionally established, she recognized a growing misalignment between the path she had followed and the life she truly wanted to lead.

This period of reflection shaped the foundation of her coaching philosophy and the development of her program, The Inner Sovereign™: transformation is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with what is authentic and leading life from a place of self-trust.

Today, she works with women navigating leadership responsibilities, burnout, and major life transitions, helping them move forward with greater clarity, courage, and integrity while contributing to a wider conversation about identity, leadership, and reinvention.
