Karmen Fairall is a Speech Pathologist, business owner, and reflective practitioner with experience across allied health, service-based leadership, and caregiving contexts. As a wife and mother of two young boys, her work is shaped by lived experience of the pressures faced by those balancing professional responsibility, family life, and a strong sense of service. She is particularly interested in the impact of chronic cognitive load, burnout, and boundary erosion in helping professions.
