Joelle Faucette is a Somatic Healing & Nervous System Expert and the founder of mindbodySOL, a global platform dedicated to helping high-functioning women break free from chronic survival mode and return to emotional safety, grounded confidence, and inner peace.

Joelle’s work began with her own turning point—a season of life where she had “done everything right” yet felt anxious, disconnected, and overwhelmed beneath the surface. Traditional mindset tools and talk therapy gave her understanding, but not relief or authentic freedom. It wasn’t until she discovered the science and spirituality of nervous system regulation, somatic psychology, and trauma-informed healing that everything finally shifted.

Her journey ignited a passion for integrative, body-based transformation that went beyond theory. She became a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, and embodiment guide, weaving together neuroscience, somatic therapy principles, subconscious rewiring, shadow work, and spiritual embodiment.

Today, Joelle specializes in helping women who look “strong” on the outside but silently struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, or high-functioning burnout. Her approach bridges science and soul, offering accessible, practical tools that regulate the nervous system, heal stored patterns, and restore authentic self-connection.

Through her signature Somatic Mentorship, retreats, workshops, and online teachings, Joelle supports women in transforming not just their mindset, but their physiology — creating lasting change from the inside out.

She is devoted to making healing deeply human, grounded, and embodied, empowering women to feel safe in their bodies, lead from inner peace, and become who they were always meant to be.
