Jay Mannion
The Soul Coach
Jay is a soul coach, breathwork facilitator, and the creator of ECS Breathwork — a science-led approach that uses conscious breathing to support nervous system regulation, full-body oxygenation, and mind–body coherence. His work exists at the intersection of physiology, psychology, and human experience, offering a grounded pathway to personal transformation.
With a background in personal development, physical training, and breath-based practices, Jay has spent years helping individuals navigate stress, burnout, identity challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. His approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change occurs when the body is regulated, the mind is clear, and the individual feels safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
ECS Breathwork is designed as a practical, repeatable methodology rather than a one-off experience. Through structured breathing rounds, education, and guided awareness, Jay helps people understand what is happening inside their bodies while actively participating in their own healing and growth.
Jay’s work is known for being accessible, honest, and free from spiritual bypassing or performance-driven self-improvement. Whether working one-on-one, with groups, or in retreat settings, his focus remains the same: helping people build self-awareness, self-respect, and a deeper connection to who they are beneath their roles and responsibilities.
