Jamie Alexander

CEO, Certified Online Fitness Trainer, and Author

Jamie Alexander is the CEO of Living Well With Jamie, a Certified Online Fitness Trainer, executive contributor for Brains Magazine, and author of the Mind, Body & Soul Fitness Journal. She is the founder of the award-winning Elite Transformation Accountability Program, a global wellness movement that helps high-performing, busy moms achieve sustainable health transformations—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Jamie’s journey into fitness and wellness began as an athlete, but her passion deepened after becoming a mom and navigating the challenges of balancing a career, family, and self-care. As a wife and mother of three, she understands firsthand the struggles busy women face when it comes to consistency, confidence, and putting themselves last. Her holistic approach weaves together customized fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and accountability to help women thrive from the inside out.

Her clients have achieved remarkable results—losing weight, building strength, improving energy, sleep, and confidence—all without sacrificing their families or careers. Jamie now coaches women all over the world, including clients in the U.S., UK, Madrid, and beyond. She was named the 2024 Best Online Fitness & Wellness Program for Busy Women and has been featured in FitnessLife Magazine, CEO Weekly, and Swagher Magazine.
Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, Jamie is on a mission to redefine what it means for women to live well—in mind, body, and soul—and to help thousands build a life of strength, balance, and purpose.
