A former Division I collegiate golfer, Jaime developed an early foundation in discipline, resilience, and performing under pressure—skills that continue to shape her approach to leadership development today. She is the Founder and Principal of Aspire Consulting LLC and a Leadership Development Coach with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning software and services organizations. Throughout her career, she has led across nearly every function of the business, including product management, services delivery, customer success, technical pre-sales, sales, and channel strategy.

This breadth of experience gives her a deep, practical understanding of how organizations operate and grow. It also allows her to support leaders not only in developing leadership skills, but in navigating the real pressures that come with driving growth through complex transformation. Her work focuses on sustainable leadership, helping leaders balance decisiveness with empathy, vision with collaboration, and drive with humanity.

Through Aspire, Jaime designs and facilitates one-to-one and group leadership development experiences that integrate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership tools with the realities of modern business. As a certified feminine leadership coach and facilitator, Jaime’s coaching incorporates neuroscience-backed practices that help regulate the nervous system, improve executive function, and enhance emotional resilience. She trains leaders to shift from reactive to responsive states, resulting in stronger decision-making, healthier conflict resolution, and more effective team dynamics.

She is also the creator and facilitator of AspiHER, her signature women’s leadership program that supports women navigating growth, promotion, or expanded leadership responsibility to clarify their leadership values and priorities, set sustainable boundaries, and lead with confidence and intention. By combining meaningful peer connection with practical tools, Jaime helps women build a grounded, sustainable approach to leadership that grows with them over time.
