Ilke Atasel

Ilke Atasel’s journey began in Computer Engineering, where she first stepped into the tech world as a Test Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Soon after, her path led her into the gaming industry—a field she would call home for more than a decade. As an Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, and Development Manager, she contributed to iconic titles such as League of Legends and Candy Crush. In the early days of esports in Turkey, Ilke played a key role in building the ecosystem around League of Legends, working alongside a passionate team to shape a growing community.

Over the years, she deepened her expertise with certifications in Agile Coaching, Team Facilitation, and Project Management from ICAgile, collaborating with diverse teams spanning software development, publishing, and esports. Yet, her curiosity for the human side of change kept growing. Fascinated by psychology and neuroscience, she trained with Coaches Rising in the Neuroscience of Change Coach Training and became a certified Integral Professional Coach through Integral Coaching Canada.

Ilke’s coaching philosophy weaves together Agile methodologies and Integral Coaching, supported by somatic and neuroscientific tools. Her mission is to guide both teams and individuals toward lasting transformation—helping them move past limitations, build resilience, and unlock new ways of working and being.

In 2019, Ilke moved to Germany, where she built her family and opened a new chapter of life. Along the way, she adopted Tommy—a once mistreated dog, now proudly known as Major Tom. (Yes, the name is a tribute to her love for David Bowie.)
