Helene Christensen is an advisor, speaker, and writer working with leaders navigating change, uncertainty, and complexity. She is the creator of the Inner Authority Method, a framework designed to help leaders navigate change with integrity, dignity, and clarity. The method addresses not only strategy and communication, but the deeper narratives leaders carry about responsibility, control, visibility, and meaning, and how these narratives influence how they lead others.
