Elizabeth Huang

Life Coach & Death Doula

Elizabeth Huang is a certified life coach, grief educator, and death doula who helps individuals navigate life’s transitions with greater emotional awareness, adaptability, and meaning. Born and raised in California, she became deeply aware of American culture’s tendency to avoid conversations about death, grief, and difficult emotions. This cultural avoidance inspired her to take a different approach—one that embraces both life and loss as interconnected experiences rather than opposing forces.

Elizabeth’s work extends beyond traditional grief support. She helps individuals process loss in all its forms—whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, or any major life transition that brings emotional upheaval. She believes grief is not just about what we’ve lost, but also about who we are becoming in the process. Through deep listening, emotional reconnection, and sensory awareness, she guides her clients beyond intellectualizing their pain and into a more embodied, healing experience.

At the core of her approach is the belief that reconnecting with the full range of our emotions allows us to live more fully and embrace our humanity. By creating space for these conversations and experiences, she helps people cultivate a healthier relationship with their emotions, open themselves to new possibilities, and ultimately shape lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.
