Helping Quietly Brilliant Women Executives Be Seen, Heard & Taken Seriously as Authorities | TEDx Curator | L’Oréal • House of Commons • London Chamber of Commerce

Debbie Bryan is a TEDx curator, speaker and leadership visibility strategist who specialises in helping quietly brilliant women executives be seen, heard and recognised as the authority they already are.

With more than 25 years’ experience working with senior leaders, founders and decision-makers, Debbie has observed a consistent pattern: highly capable women often carry deep expertise and judgement, yet remain overlooked in influential spaces because their authority is understated, normalised, or quietly held.

Debbie’s work focuses on voice, presence and strategic visibility not performance, personal branding or noise. She helps experienced women articulate their value clearly, land their authority in leadership rooms, and influence decisions without changing who they are.

As a TEDx speaker and co-curator of TEDx Railway Village, Debbie works at the intersection of leadership, communication and visibility, supporting women who are ready to move beyond being competent contributors and into recognised authority.

Her approach is grounded, senior and practical designed for women who already lead, but are ready to be seen differently.
