Christopher Sanchez-Lascurain, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, somatic therapist, and the founder of Healthemindset, an integrative healing practice rooted in nervous system science, ancestral wisdom, and cultural reclamation. Trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) directly under Diana Fosha, Christopher weaves together polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, and the indigenous healing traditions of his Choctaw and Chickasaw heritage to guide clients through profound and lasting transformation.

Christopher specializes in supporting empaths, highly sensitive people (HSPs), BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, and professionals in high-demand fields navigating complex trauma, burnout, identity, and relational wounds.
