Dr. Chelsea Rothschild is a licensed Clinical Health Psychologist, executive wellness coach, and Certified HeartMath Trainer who has spent over two decades on the front lines of integrated, trauma-informed care. Her work is grounded in a core conviction: real healing happens where science meets soul.

She forged her career inside the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, one of the largest healthcare systems in the world, where she led a nationally recognized program that pioneered same-day mental health access for Veterans, connecting over 660 Veterans to mental health care for the first time. She has also partnered with the Department of Defense, FEMA, and emergency management agencies to deliver psychological leadership during active disaster response.

Through her private practice Heart Connected Healing, Dr. Rothschild brings that same precision to executives, physicians, Veterans, entrepreneurs, and high-responsibility professionals. She developed MAP Theory™ (Mission, Aspiration, Purpose) and integrates clinically validated HeartMath biofeedback and heart-rate variability training to produce measurable shifts in how clients think, decide, and lead.
