Catherine (Katie) Ruffino, PA-C

NLP Master Practitioner

Katie Ruffino, PA-C, NLP Master Practitioner, and founder of Pure Pathways Collective, has always believed that food is medicine. From a young age, she experimented with food to heal her own body and quickly discovered its profound impact on both mind and spirit. This passion led her to begin sharing her recipes and kitchen experiments online, and what started as a recreational food blog, Sunnysidekt, blossomed into a creative platform for authentic expression. Over time, her kitchen artistry grew into a mission: to inspire others to reconnect with themselves, their health, and their communities.

Her curiosity and love of learning drove her to pursue formal training as a Physician Assistant at Marquette University, complemented by extensive study in nutrition, functional medicine, and regenerative medicine. In her clinical practice, Katie has advanced training in stem cell therapy, peptides, IV therapy, and more, primarily focused on healing orthopedic injuries, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disease, and enhancing longevity. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, blending mindfulness practices with her medical background to help clients heal from the inside out.

Katie’s work now integrates her clinical expertise with holistic modalities such as detoxification, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, and emotional release. She guides purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lives filled with clarity, vitality, and freedom.

Beyond her medical and coaching practice, Katie is the creator of the Katie in the Kitchen series, where she combines storytelling, cooking, and meaningful conversations. She also facilitates retreats and group experiences, curating spaces for individuals to reset, heal, and rise into their fullest expression.

Her guiding philosophy is rooted in Cura Personalis—caring for the whole person. She believes that what we consume, whether food or information, becomes who we are physically, mentally, and energetically. By aligning thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, she teaches that we can live harmoniously and expansively. Her mission is to enhance the human experience by bridging medicine, mindset, and authentic expression so others can embody radiant health and lead from their truth.
