With 15+ years of leadership experience, I offer coaching, facilitation, and speaking rooted in emotional intelligence and positive psychology.
 
For years, I played by the rules. I climbed the corporate ladder, earned the degrees, and checked every box that was supposed to lead to “success.” On paper, everything looked great. But inside, I was quietly battling the weight of perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, and the pressure to hold it all together at work and at home.

I was the go-to person for everyone else. But behind the scenes, I was constantly questioning if my voice mattered, if my boundaries were too much, and if I could really lead with my full truth in environments that weren’t always built for women like me: ambitious, sensitive, and soul-led.

What changed everything?

Getting honest.

Honest about my emotional needs.

Honest about the patterns I was stuck in.

Honest about the kind of life and leadership I wanted to model for my children.
 
Through coaching, therapy, prayer, and deep work, I stopped chasing validation and started reclaiming my voice. I built my business around what I needed most: a space to be human, to lead with emotional intelligence, and to grow without guilt or burnout.
 
I believe leadership is not about titles, accolades, or proving your worth.

It’s about the courage to show up authentically, the peace to protect what matters, and the clarity to know where you’re being called.

This is who I am. This is how I lead.
