Arne Salig is a psychological consultant, mentor, and author of several books on emotional resilience, personal growth, and self-leadership. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has helped thousands of people—from private clients to corporate leaders—develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build lives rooted in authenticity and clarity. He is the co-creator of the Self-Competence Model, a practical psychological framework developed in collaboration with psychologist Melanie Theissler and validated through clinical work with more than 1,000 patients.
 
Arne’s passion for psychology started early, influenced by his grandfather, who helped build the psychiatric library at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf. Over time, this passion became a calling: to make the core skills of self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-empowerment, self-care, and self-worth accessible to people from all walks of life.
