Ariana Hakman

Entrepreneur and COO

Ariana Hakman is a leading voice in fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle innovation, known for creating practical tools that drive real results. With 13 years of experience in corporate finance within the healthcare industry, Ariana witnessed firsthand how disconnected traditional systems were from the everyday needs of people trying to live healthier lives.

After the birth of her daughter, Ariana began to rethink her path. Long hours, mounting stress, and a deep desire to be more present pushed her to leave the corporate world and build something that aligned with both her values and the kind of life she wanted to model for her family. What started as teaching mommy-and-me fitness classes while wearing her daughter grew into a full-scale wellness company.

She is now the co-founder of LunaFit, a multi-brand wellness company she built alongside her husband. Together, they’ve grown LunaFit to include a thriving gym, a healthy meal service, a supplement line, and the LunaFit app, a fast-growing mobile platform helping users take control of their workouts, nutrition, and daily habits through personalized plans, smart coaching, and gamified tools.

Over the last decade, Ariana has built and scaled four companies across fitness, food, and tech, combining her business acumen with her personal passion for health and fitness. Whether she's developing digital tools, leading her team, or writing content that empowers others, her mission remains the same: make healthy living simple, accessible, and something people can actually stick with.

Ariana is also a sought-after speaker, podcast guest, and contributor passionate about helping others bridge the gap between intention and action when it comes to health. Through her work, she continues to inspire individuals, teams, and companies to pursue wellness that works in real life—not just on paper.
