Andie Simon
Breathwork Coach
After ten years in marketing and leadership roles within large companies, Andie Simon felt a clear shift: it was time to build something more essential. The next step was obvious – sharing breathwork in a way that fits real life, real pressure, and real responsibility.
Having lived in Vienna, Copenhagen, and Berlin, she eventually felt drawn back to nature and now lives at Lake Constance. This balance between professional intensity and natural simplicity deeply shapes her work.
Today, Andie helps people reconnect with one of the most powerful tools they already have: their breath. Used precisely, breathwork can calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore clarity, focus, and emotional balance – foundations not only for performance, but for a long, fulfilled life. For Andie, breathwork is both immediate support and a long-term investment in longevity.
Her work begins where the need for clarity becomes loud and leads people to the place where the answer is already quietly waiting.
She holds degrees in psychology and journalism & communication sciences and is certified in breathwork, Psychedelic Breath, systemic coaching, and systemic constellation work. Her background in marketing and team leadership allows her to work fluently with high performers, executives, and people under sustained pressure.
Her way of working is defined by:
slowness instead of volume
clarity through reduction, not more input
depth over surface – no feel-good programs, but real inner work
Her favorite topics combine neuroscience, ancient breathing techniques & specific breath exersizes to regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and support long-term clarity and longevity. At the heart of her work is a simple motto: breathe deeply.
