Ana Gioarsa

Independent Research & Advisory | Work, Mind & Future Systems

Ana is a researcher, consultant, and systems thinker, exploring the intersection of work, neuroscience, and human behaviour. With over a decade of experience in leading complex projects and optimising structures, she now focuses on rethinking the systems we operate within—how we work, create, and thrive.

Currently, Ana is conducting the 99-Day Rewire, a real-time experiment exploring whether autonomy can be sustained without escaping traditional work but by redefining how we engage with it. By tracking biological, behavioural, and cognitive shifts, she aims to understand how self-directed systems, mindset shifts, and structural redesigns can lead to long-term, high-performance models that truly work for the individual.

She believes that real change doesn’t just come from disrupting systems—or from inner work alone to fit within them. Neither is sustainable in the long term. Instead, transformation happens through the interconnection of both—understanding the mechanics of these systems, recognising their limitations, and integrating alternative ways of working and thinking that bridge autonomy with structure, creativity with function, and science with lived experience.

Through a mix of research, consultancy, and writing, Ana challenges conventional models of work and explores new ways of thinking about autonomy, structure, and human potential.
