Founder of Get Buff With Reets | Creator of The Buff Rewire System | Host of the “Get Buff with Reets” Podcast

Reets is a women’s fitness and mindset coach on a mission to redefine what strength looks and feels like for ambitious, high-performing women. As the founder of Get Buff With Reets and creator of the Buff Rewire System, she combines science-backed training with hormone health, mindset work, and sustainable lifestyle design to help women lose fat, build muscle, and reclaim confidence without burning out or sacrificing their careers or family life.

Her journey into the world of fitness began like many others with a desire to lose weight and feel better in her own skin. Reets spent years bouncing between fad diets, quick fixes, and extreme approaches. Despite her commitment, the results never stuck. She was doing everything “right” according to the industry’s standards, yet her body and energy weren’t responding the way she expected.

Everything changed when she discovered bodybuilding-style training. At the time, she believed the path to success was learning from the elite, chasing the discipline, the structure, and the aesthetic she thought would finally bring confidence. For the first time, her body began to shift. But as she went deeper, she noticed something even more important: the methods that were being pushed even within strength-based spaces were still overwhelmingly male-led, extreme, and disconnected from women’s hormonal cycles, emotional needs, and mental load.

That realization sparked a new direction. But before Reets could build the method that would change so many lives, she had to confront her own relationship with food, training, and self-worth. At one point, she was eating just 400-600 calories a day, clinging to the belief that restriction was the answer, yet still not seeing the body she wanted. When she began tracking macros, it quickly turned obsessive. Every gram was counted, every meal scrutinized, and the guilt of going out to dinner or deviating from her plan loomed large. Her world revolved around food and fitness, but instead of feeling free or powerful, she felt trapped. These low points became the catalyst for her transformation, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Healing didn’t happen overnight; it came through consistent self-reflection, learning to train from a place of self-respect instead of punishment, and reprogramming the belief that she had to ‘earn’ food, rest, or softness. Reets slowly rebuilt her relationship with movement, embraced flexibility in her nutrition, and shifted her focus from shrinking her body to expanding her strength and self-worth. Reets began studying behavior change, psycho-nutrition, and female physiology. She immersed herself in coaching frameworks that centered women’s unique needs, and layered in mindset tools that tackled the real reasons her clients struggled with all-or-nothing thinking, emotional eating, low self-trust, and burnout.

From that, the Buff Rewire System was born.

Her signature coaching framework is built around four core pillars:

The Buff Mindset Method - Addressing self-sabotage, identity, emotional eating, confidence, and belief systems that impact long-term change.

Nutrition Psycho-Analysis - Helping clients understand their relationship with food, heal restriction and guilt, and rebuild body trust.

Strategic Habit Integration - Custom lifestyle mapping, time and energy audits, habit stacking, and sustainable behavior change.

Hormonal Health & Cycle-Aware Coaching - Supporting female physiology through personalized routines, nutrition timing, and mindset tools tailored to each phase.

Through these pillars, Reets helps women shift from exhausted and inconsistent to empowered and in control, not by doing more, but by doing what actually works for them.

Today, she works with clients across the globe through her premium online coaching programs. Her clients are often high-level professionals, founders, leaders, and busy mums who’ve “tried it all” and are finally ready to stop starting over. Many come to her feeling disconnected from their bodies, frustrated by stalled progress, and overwhelmed by the idea of adding yet another thing to their plate. What they find instead is clarity, calm, and a plan that actually fits. Reets specializes in working with women who excel in nearly every other area of their lives their careers, families, and responsibilities but who’ve been conditioned to believe that success in fitness requires extreme sacrifice, restriction, or constant self-discipline. She helps them unlearn these beliefs, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength in a way that honors their energy, time, and humanity. Her clients don’t just lose fat, they gain strength, boundaries, food freedom, and a sense of identity that’s no longer wrapped in guilt or all-or-nothing cycles. She helps them unlearn these beliefs, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength in a way that honors their energy, time, and humanity.

Reets is also the host of The Get Buff with Reets Podcast, where she shares real, unfiltered conversations about fitness, mindset, body image, identity, emotional eating, hormonal shifts, confidence-building, and navigating the challenges of being a high-performing woman in a world that often overlooks the female experience. Each episode offers practical insights, personal reflections, and powerful tools to help women rise strong not just in the gym, but in life. Her content is known for being both tough-love and deeply compassionate, speaking directly to the women who are used to holding it all together, but know something needs to change. What sets Reets apart is her ability to fuse strategic coaching with emotional intelligence, helping clients rewire not just habits, but the beliefs that drive them. She doesn’t just help women do more she helps them do what matters.

Whether she’s guiding a client through strength training, coaching them through a hormonal shift, helping them break free from diet culture patterns, supporting them through burnout, or reprogramming the core beliefs that have held them back, Reets leads with empathy, precision, and a commitment to long-term transformation.

She believes that strong women don’t just lift weights, they lift their standards, shift their identities, and create lives that reflect their power. Most programs fail because they try to layer structure onto chaos without addressing the chaos itself. Reets helps clients clean up the root: their time, energy, beliefs, and the pressure to be perfect. Her coaching offers structure without shame, systems without rigidity, and results without burnout. And that’s exactly what she helps her clients do. Her vision is to redefine what it means to be a ‘fit woman,’ not someone who’s constantly grinding, but someone who’s deeply in tune with her body, her power, and what she’s here to build.

Founder’s Message

I built this coaching brand because I wanted women like me to stop feeling like their bodies were a problem to be solved. You don’t need more discipline you need more alignment. More clarity. More compassion. The truth is, you’re not broken the methods you’ve been taught were never built for you.

My mission is to change that. To give ambitious women a space to come home to themselves, build strength without shame, and learn how to thrive in bodies they respect, not resent.

Because the strongest version of you doesn’t come from restriction iit comes from finally deciding you’re worthy of a life that fits you.
