Aleksandra Tsenkova is a certified psychotherapist, published author, and speaker with extensive international experience in the field of mental health. Originally from Bulgaria and of half-Russian descent, she spent seven formative years of academic and professional development in the United Kingdom, which brought a global perspective to her work. Aleksandra holds a BSc in Psychology and Counselling, a Postgraduate Diploma, an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Practice specialising in Person-centred therapy, a Diploma in Coaching and is certified further in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Aleksandra works remotely with individuals worldwide, and her expertise spans the areas of Trauma & PTSD, Abuse (domestic, physical, emotional, sexual, and bullying), Discrimination, and Confidence work. Her practice integrates person-centred therapy, coaching, and dialectical behavioural therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her work is underpinned by a strong ethical foundation, a deep commitment to psychological safety, and a belief in every person’s innate capacity for growth.

Alongside her clinical work, Aleksandra is a contributing writer for Brainz magazine and an emerging author. Her debut book, a heartfelt exploration of the Person-Centred approach and its transformative power, is available on Amazon.com in English and Bulgarian.

With a mission to make high-quality mental health support globally accessible, Aleksandra combines clinical expertise with cultural sensitivity and compassion, equipping her clients to reach their full potential with confidence and authenticity.
