Aaron Rusnak is a respected Director, Coach, Mentor, and Innovator whose 30-year career in tennis development has positioned him among the sport's most trusted and influential leaders. He has built a legacy of excellence, shaping one of the largest single-site tennis programs in the United States adn impacting thousands of players and coaches across all levels of the game.
Currently serving as the Director of Private Instruction and Mentorship at Five Star Tennis. Aaron has been recognized as a Top 25 Male Professional by both Tennis Channel and Top Spin Magazine. In 2024, he broaded his gobal perspective by joining Dominic Thiem's team in Austria as an apprentice, immersing himself in the ATP Tour enviroment and contributing to the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
A former USTA Pro Circuit competitor (2002-2008), Aaron combines competitive experience with a deep commitment to mentorship and innovation. Through his company, Innovation Tennis Coaching, he empowers coaches and players worldwide with cutting-edge education, performance analytics, and holistic player development framework. His leadership philosophy-rooted in empathy, data-driven insight, and continous growth-has inspired a new generation of professionals to coach with purpose and impact.
