  • Pratiqk Jaani, Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur & Creator of the Dhrasti Method, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Pratiqk Jaani is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and creator of the Dhrasti Method, a transformational framework that explores how human conditioning shapes perception, emotions, behaviour, and ultimately the experience of life. Driven by a lifelong curiosity about why people experience the same situations so differently, Pratiqk embarked on an extensive journey of self-inquiry and exploration. Through years of personal study, business leadership, and transformational work, he developed a deeper understanding of the relationship between perception, learned conditioning, emotional responses, and human potential. This exploration led to the creation of the Dhrasti Method, a practical framework that helps individuals recognise how their internal lens influences every aspect of life, including stress, anxiety, confidence, relationships, leadership, wellbeing, and fulfilment. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, the method seeks to uncover the root mechanisms that shape human experience. Today, Pratiqk shares these insights through speaking engagements, podcasts, coaching programmes, corporate workshops, community talks, and immersive retreats. His mission is to help people develop greater awareness of their conditioning, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lasting transformation from the inside out. He is also the author of Dhrasti: The Perception, a book that introduces the foundational principles of the Dhrasti Method and explores how conditioned perception shapes every aspect of human experience. Through its insights and practical reflections, readers are invited to understand themselves more deeply and discover a new way of relating to life. Through his work, Pratiqk continues to inspire individuals and organisations to move beyond limiting perceptions, cultivate deeper understanding, and unlock greater clarity, resilience, and freedom in their lives. Jakob Ulcnik, the founder of Train To Mountain, who turned the science of training into a personalised mountain-ready system for everyday mountaineers. He is a Slovenian alpinist based in Amsterdam, and he built the product out of his own frustration rather than a business plan.   It started on a 3,800m (12,500 ft) peak. Jakob arrived fit, VO2Max in the fifties and long hours of preparation, and it still was not enough. So he went looking for a real plan. He found plenty: training guides on YouTube, PDFs, Instagram posts, long articles. None of them fit an actual life. They assumed he would never work late, never get sick, never pick up an injury, and that his fatigue would build at exactly the rate the plan predicted. When asked AI for help, it just told him he was doing great.   He ended up stitching sources together and still could not answer the one question that mattered: was he ready?   Train To Mountain is his answer to that question. It is a personalised training system for people heading to altitude, built on established training-science models, including the fitness-fatigue model, plus a proprietary model developed in-house.   Instead of handing over a fixed plan, it adapts week to week to the person following it, so training bends around real life instead of breaking against it. The goal is simple: show up on the mountain knowing you are prepared, not hoping you are.   Jakob writes about training, mountaineering, and building products for real people. Steve works with businesses in competitive and specialist sectors, including finance, healthcare, professional services, sports and local service industries. His approach combines technical SEO, content strategy, Digital PR, reputation signals and AI-era visibility to help brands become more discoverable, more trusted and better positioned for growth. Through Fleet Street News, Steve also helps businesses strengthen their online authority with placement-led Digital PR and credible media coverage. This supports his wider view that modern SEO now extends beyond a company’s own website, with trusted third-party recognition playing an increasingly important role in search and AI visibility. Steve writes about SEO, AI optimisation, Digital PR, online authority and the changing way people discover, compare and choose businesses. His mission is to help organisations adapt to the future of search while staying focused on the fundamentals that have always mattered: credibility, expertise and trust. • David Bovis, Founder of Duxinaroe Ltd., Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

David Bovis is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of Duxinaroe, specialising in the application of neuroscience to leadership, decision-making, and performance under pressure. His work focuses on understanding why experienced, well-intentioned leaders in manufacturing environments often struggle to deliver sustainable change, despite strong operational systems and proven improvement methods.   With forty years in manufacturing, David has worked across automotive, aerospace, space, defence, FMCG, food, and specialist manufacturing sectors, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supply chains. His career spans shop-floor operations through to senior leadership advisory roles, giving him rare visibility into how leadership decisions, performance systems, and cultural dynamics are actually experienced on the ground.   Through decades of transformation and continuous improvement work, David identified a recurring pattern. Many performance, engagement, and change failures are not caused by a lack of capability, effort, or intent, but by a misunderstanding of how the human brain responds to pressure, uncertainty, and perceived threat.   David is the creator of the BTFA™ (Believe–Think–Feel–Act) framework, a neuroscience-informed model that explains how belief shapes perception, how perception influences emotional response, and how this governs behaviour and performance. BTFA gives leaders a practical way to understand how safety, threat, and prediction in the brain quietly shape decision-making, communication, accountability, and engagement, particularly in high-pressure manufacturing environments.   Rather than offering motivational theory or generic leadership tools, David’s work helps leaders develop the awareness required to change how decisions are made, how people respond under stress, and how performance systems are interpreted by the brain. His approach bridges neuroscience, operational excellence, and leadership practice to enable durable behavioural change where traditional approaches repeatedly stall.   David works globally with manufacturing leaders seeking to improve alignment, trust, and performance by understanding the brain as the central operating system behind leadership and execution.
