- Dr. Greg Schreeuwer, Human Behaviour and Health Expert, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Dr Greg Schreeuwer is a Human Behaviour and Health Pattern Specialist, speaker, and educator who has spent more than two decades studying the patterns that shape human behaviour, performance, health, and personal growth. Through over 30,000 patient interactions, he has developed a unique understanding of why some people repeatedly encounter the same challenges while others create lasting change in their health, relationships, career, leadership, and sense of purpose. Greg’s fascination with human behaviour began early in life, after experiencing significant bullying throughout his childhood. Rather than allowing those experiences to define him, they sparked a deep curiosity about confidence, identity, resilience, belonging, and self-expression. That curiosity became a lifelong pursuit: to understand better the forces that shape who we become and how individuals can move beyond the limitations of their past. Over the past 20 years, Greg has integrated insights from behavioural science, personal development, principles of Chinese medicine, and healthcare into a practical approach for understanding human potential. As an Integrative and Functional Chiropractor, he has worked with people from all walks of life, helping them identify the unconscious patterns influencing their behaviours, decisions, relationships, and health outcomes. He is known for connecting ideas across disciplines and refining existing approaches within Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) to help people develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and direction. Greg has shared his work with audiences ranging from healthcare professionals and patient communities to large wellness events attended by hundreds of people, including Pete Evans’ H.E.A.L. event. He has collaborated on educational content with Dr John Demartini, interviewed experts across Australia and North America, and contributed to discussions exploring the relationship between human behaviour, wellbeing, and personal transformation. Today, Greg writes and speaks about the patterns that drive individual expression and human potential. His work explores how unconscious conditioning influences the choices people make, the relationships they build, the opportunities they pursue, and the lives they ultimately create. Through his speaking, writing, and clinical work, Greg helps people challenge old assumptions, gain greater self-awareness, and develop the confidence to become their most authentic selves. His vision is to help create a world where people better understand themselves and each other – transforming adversity into growth, embracing individual differences, and building stronger communities through greater awareness, appreciation, and collaboration. - Anne Rigaud-Walker, Executive Coach & Transformation Strategist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Anne Rigaud-Walker is an Executive Coach and Strategic Transformation Practitioner who works with senior leaders, leadership teams and high-performing individuals navigating complex personal and professional transformation. Before becoming a coach, Anne spent many years in demanding corporate environments, including within the American performance culture of Yahoo. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face: ambitious targets, accelerated decision-making, constant expectations and the challenge of sustaining performance over time. Her work now sits at the intersection of executive coaching, psychology, neuroscience-informed approaches and deep transformational practices. Rather than relying on a single methodology, Anne draws from a wide range of disciplines to identify the patterns, blind spots and internal mechanisms that continue to influence behaviour — often long after a person has understood the issue intellectually. She is particularly known for working with leaders who have already undertaken significant development work but still encounter recurring patterns, internal barriers or limitations that remain difficult to shift. Her corporate approach is deeply systemic. Anne may work simultaneously with a leader, individual members of a leadership team and the team as a whole, allowing transformation to take place not only at an individual level but across the wider human system of the organisation. Her current thinking explores the relationship between invisible leadership patterns, collective dynamics and the future of high performance — particularly how organisations can increase human capacity rather than deplete it. At the heart of her work is a simple conviction: meaningful transformation does not always come from finding better answers, but from discovering the question that changes everything. - Ingrid Montague, Mindfulness Instructor & Somatic Wellness, MSc, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Ingrid is the Founder of The Mindful Way, where she guides others as a Mindfulness Instructor and Somatic Wellness Practitioner, MSc, to calm, purposeful, and empowered living. Ingrid teaches evidence-based tools and practices to relieve everyday stress, increase resilience, and reconnect with the inner, authentic self. Her work is grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and contemplative wisdom. Ingrid's professional path began in an unexpected and life‑altering moment: the contraction of severe double bacterial pneumonia in 2020. Preoccupied with two small children and a stressful full-time job, Ingrid neglected her own health when she developed a cough that worsened over time, eventually leading her to collapse and land in the hospital over Christmas. Frightened and unsure of how to navigate her first terrifying moments in the hospital room, Ingrid suddenly received an answer from within that would bring her a profound sense of calm and peace: meditate. A practice she had engaged in sporadically throughout her life suddenly presented itself to her, as a practice to calm her fear and, ultimately, act as a key player in her recovery. Throughout her illness, Ingrid found that meditation calmed her stress response, increased her resilience, and showed her an inner strength she didn’t know she had. This experience became the catalyst for transforming her lifelong interest in meditation into her career and life’s work. From that moment in the hospital forward, Ingrid committed herself to studying, teaching, and sharing mindfulness and meditation in a way that was both scientifically-informed and deeply human. Today, Ingrid holds a Master of Science Degree in Studies in Mindfulness and a certification to teach mindfulness, strengthening her understanding of how the mind-and-body connection contributes greatly to well-being. This academic foundation also allows Ingrid to bridge the gap between ancient contemplative practices and modern scientific insights. For those who wish to go deeper, Ingrid embraces and supports mindfulness as a spiritual practice as well. In addition to mindfulness, Ingrid has extended her professional training to other somatic modalities that support embodied healing. She is a certified yoga instructor in the Sivananda tradition, offering classes to those seeking gentle, grounding practices that support emotional regulation, physical health, and inner connection. She views yoga as a way of working through the body to shift emotional and physiological states, and integrates this understanding into her teaching. Ingrid is also a certified sound healer, supporting nervous‑system regulation through frequency, resonance, and sensory awareness. She leads sound healing journeys in Stockholm, offering a space for attendees to experience deep rest, emotional release, and presence through therapeutic instruments. Her approach to sound healing is both intuitive and science-based, and Ingrid often interweaves her sound healing sessions with mindfulness meditation for enhanced calm, clarity, and balance. In addition to her in‑person offerings, Ingrid's online presence makes her mindfulness teaching globally accessible. She coaches women one‑on‑one and also facilitates group work through her 8-week mindfulness course for mindfulness-based living. Ingrid’s teaching style is warm, grounded, and deeply caring. Her tone is soft yet authoritative. She creates environments, both in person and online, that feel like sanctuaries: spacious, gentle, and safe. She is known for her ability to translate complex concepts into simple practices that can be easily integrated into everyday life. Her work is trauma‑sensitive, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel purposeful, connected, and at home within oneself. As an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, Ingrid writes about mindfulness and how it can nourish all aspects of our well-being. She also writes about yoga and sound healing, offering readers insight into how these modalities support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Her writing is reflective, research‑informed, and shaped by her commitment to empowering others on their own, personal journeys to healing and wellness. Ingrid Montague Executive Contributor Mindfulness Instructor & Somatic Wellness, MSc Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise. DO I QUALIFY? Ingrid Montague Mindfulness Instructor & Somatic Wellness, MSc Ingrid is the Founder of The Mindful Way, where she guides others as a Mindfulness Instructor and Somatic Wellness Practitioner, MSc, to calm, purposeful, and empowered living. - Deborah Leah Adams, Author, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Deborah Leah is 59 years old. She lives with a roommate and their two cats. When not working or writing, she enjoys spending time with her friends, often sharing meals and stories (which never feel old). She has a sister in Poconos, PA, and her parents live in the hills of TN. She is a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Deborah was a nanny for much of her career. She loves children’s laughter, playing outside, encouraging creativity, and most of all, modeling and teaching. She is proud of all “her” children and happy for those she still sees. Deborah published her book “Winning Over Shame – a memoir of surviving sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse, plus the skills and tools anyone can use to find their whole and happy” in July 2026. It recounts her abuse and the ways it showed up in her life. Including the 12-year relationship with her ex-husband, where trying alternative lifestyles escalated to becoming members of a swinger’s group. Deborah’s work goes far beyond exploring her pain and the aftermath, however. Half her book explores her road to whole and happy. She went from struggling to tell someone “No” to running a de facto boarding house and completing a BS in psychology. She learned to manage anxiety and end her lifelong desire to not be. Like so many abuse survivors, Deborah spent her life comparing the worst of her insides to the best of everyone else’s outsides. She shares relationships that have grown and helped her to be less judgmental toward herself. Some of the greatest parts of “Winning Over Shame” are the tools that Deborah created to manage her own pain and emotions. One of these tools is a coping box. Deborah shares extensive lists of items and ideas. There are choices ground and others to lift someone stuck in their emotions. Anyone can create a coping box for during a crisis or for day-to-day triggers. - Kicki Katarina Hjortmarker, Holistic Bodyworker, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Kicki Hjortmarker has a long history working holistically with injuries and chronic pain relief. She is a passionate mind/bodyworker who has facilitated healing for thousands of people and helped them lead a balanced pain free life. She has a multifaceted training- and life experience, which has led her to a broad perspective and strong intuition about what is needed when working with chronic pain. Kicki’s interest for the Healing Arts started at a very young age as a ballet dancer and later as a gymnast on the Swedish National Team in Rhythmic Sports Gymnastics. The intense training led to several injuries and chronic lower back pain. Hence, at the age of 18 Kicki stopped competing at elite level. The following years she spent studying education for elementary school at University of Gothenburg, Sweden, taught for a few years, and then headed to study acting in SD, California, a life long dream! In SD she picked up ballet dancing again, but her lower back pain was getting worse. So, she sought treatments from a wonderful acupuncturist in San Diego who helped her with the mind/body awareness. She feels that lessons gained from her injuries have given her a tremendous insight and advantage when developing her methods of working. After a few years in SD, she headed to NYC to study acting. Within the program she studied Feldenkreis, Alexander technique, the relationship between mind/body/voice/throat, movement improve, and psychology. The following years back in LA, she took as many classes and certifications in massage therapy and bodywork as she could. To name a few, she got certified in massage therapy in 2005, started CST and SER studies in 2010, Pilates teacher certified in 2015, Reiki master in 2020, and certified Hypnotherapist in 2024. Kicki is currently working full-time with her private practice Swedish Balance, customizing holistic treatments and programs to combat chronic headaches-, back-, neck-, stress, and trauma related pain. It is Kicki’s true passion to help people become pain free. It is her mission to inspire others to trust the natural healing power of body, mind, spirit!
