  • Mehreen Omar, Co-Founder & CEO, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Mehreen Omar is the Co‑Founder & CEO of SupperClub Middle East, a trailblazing luxury‑membership platform redefining the meaning of lifestyle access across nine countries. What began as a bold idea in 2020 has grown into a regionally celebrated brand one that global banks, top hospitality groups and elite partners trust to deliver premium experiences with discretion, ease, and value. Before embracing entrepreneurship, Mehreen honed her commercial and leadership chops in the corporate world, notably as Head of Sales at Groupon as well as as being the Regional Manager at Standard Chartered Bank where she witnessed first-hand the unmet demand for seamless, high‑end lifestyle services. It was this insight paired with her belief in quality, service, and access that spurred her to co‑found SupperClub Middle East. Her journey hasn’t been without challenge: launching a hospitality‑focused venture just before a global pandemic forced tough decisions. But Mehreen’s resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to purpose turned adversity into opportunity. She guided SupperClub through early turbulence pivoting and iterating quickly based on real member feedback, refining the product-market fit, and persevering when many would have stepped back. SupperClub has delivered exponential growth: from a modest base to a thriving membership business, with thousands of users, tens of thousands of bookings, and partnerships spanning in over 15 countries at luxury hotels, fine dining venues, spas, beach clubs even extending beyond the Gulf to Africa to Europe. Mehreen leads with a rare blend of strategic vision and human-centered empathy. She believes in building companies that don’t just grow, but matter: where teams feel empowered, partners feel heard, and members feel valued. Her leadership style is rooted in authenticity, integrity and intentional growth measured not just by metrics, but by impact. As a passionate advocate for women in business, Mehreen is proof that bold ambition, disciplined resilience, and heartfelt purpose can rewrite expectations. She continues to push the boundaries of what modern entrepreneurship looks like elevating lifestyle standards across regions and inspiring others to build thoughtfully, but always with soul Mehreen Omar Executive Contributor Co-Founder & CEO Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise. Anika Kumar Vashishth is a Positive Psychology Practitioner whose work explores a question at the heart of wellbeing: what enables people not merely to function, but to flourish? With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, certification in Positive Education, and over a decade of practitioner experience, Anika has worked with schools, educators, parents, children, and families to cultivate environments where wellbeing can thrive. Grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience, her work spans one-to-one practice, group programmes, parent and educator workshops, mindfulness-based experiences, and wellbeing retreats. Mindfulness is woven throughout her practice, supporting presence, awareness, and deeper connection with ourselves and others. Inspired by Christopher Peterson’s principle that “other people matter,” Anika also sees relationships and community as fundamental to flourishing. • Dr. Lonna Gordon, Board-Certified Adolescent Medicine Physician & Enneagram-Informed Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dr. Lonna Gordon is a board-certified adolescent medicine physician with 15 years of clinical experience and leadership roles across multiple academic institutions. She currently serves as a department chief, where her work spans clinical care, graduate medical education, medical student teaching, and research. She also leads a Women in Medicine initiative and serves on multiple institutional boards and committees, advocating for both patient care and the professionals who provide it. Alongside her academic medicine career, Lonna is the founder of The KNOBS LLC, a coaching, speaking, and workshop practice for parents, tweens, teens, and the professionals who support them. She uses the Enneagram, grounded in her clinical expertise and years of direct work with adolescents, to help young people and the adults who love them understand not just what drives behavior, but why—creating the kind of connection that builds trust rather than distance. Lonna leads workshops for youth-serving professionals on adolescent development, communication, and connection, and speaks widely to parent and professional audiences on navigating the teen years with more clarity and less friction. She is also the host of Tweens, Teens & Everything Between, a podcast exploring identity, communication, and connection during adolescence. Lonna's mission is to illuminate threshold moments—for tweens, teens, young adults, and even those in the "adolescence" of their own careers—so they know their voice matters, their experience makes sense, and they are enough to become who they are meant to be. Whether she's in clinic, on stage, behind a microphone, or leading a workshop, her work is guided by one belief: understanding, not fixing, is what creates real change. • Alanna Murray, Founder and Swimsuit Designer , Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Alanna Murray is a driven entrepreneur and gifted swimsuit designer hailing from a small, rural town in the Midwest. She grew up going on Catholic retreats in the summer time with her family and went to a faith-based college where she served on a mission trip in Florida. Since these religious experiences were in warmer climates and usually offered a watering hole, there was typically a dress code for swimsuits as a sign of respect. As she started to grow up, she noticed how hard it was to find a modest swimsuit that was also cute. Fast forward to when she was in her mid-20’s of January 2020, she decided to follow her heart and move to the magical city of Manhattan, New York. Shortly after arriving, Alanna was greeted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which not only shut down the city, but the entire globe. However, it was during this downtime that Alanna was inspired to start cutting pattern pieces and sewing, specifically with swimsuit fabric. She quickly fell in love with the process of designing as she relished going into the different fabric stores in Garment District down the street from her apartment. She shared the process with her followers on Instagram and Tik Tok as she gained encouragement and virality. She then decided to partner with a ma-and-pa shop in the Fashion District that did the labor of manufacturing her early swimsuit designs. Since then, she has partnered with other manufacturers and added even more designs to her collection. She has appeared on news outlets, podcasts, and fashion blogs. Her swimsuit collection is feminine and modest while still at an affordable price. She loves giving women options of full-coverage swimsuits that are also fashionable. She knows how hard it can be to find a swimsuit that women love and are excited to wear, which is her hope that she is able to provide in each of her swimsuits. She is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and loves growing her business as it reaches new levels.
