Explain you to you. Stresses are the good ones and the bad ones. Stress is a stressful word; there is nothing positive about it, really. Positive stress? I wouldn't call it that. Perhaps ask yourself if it is stress or is it actually excitement; drive to go and take action and being enthusiastic about the outcome beforehand? All that at once. If you feel rising your hands up in the air now, then go and do it!

Words that we are using are important to a degree, energy is beyond.


However, stress is the root cause of every mental and physical dis-ease. '...is a state where negative energy has crossed the critical line and when the whole system gets out of balance.' (L. Viilma).


Mental anguish, when not taken into consideration, grows into physical pain.


'Killing the pain' with pain killers, or alcohol or drugs, or distracting relationships, ignoring the root cause could lead to pathology, a physical health condition.


See, your body does it all to communicate with you, to draw attention to your attitude towards life situation or person or a life event that needs to be amended.


If it is an opinion or a thought of something that doesn't feel good, then ask is it mine? Very often we take other people's thoughts feelings and opinions sufferings as ours. We have got these from our parents, friends and from surrounding strangers that influence us with their energy. Sounds simple? It is.


What you can do:


Take care of your emotions, and not superficially. Choose one or many things that bring you joy. It could be sunshine, I moved to the other side of the world for it, and 9 years later I’m still grateful every morning for it.


What I have noticed is that every person has some kind of creative vain, find the way to express it. It's the best because it's internal, it's within you. It's not other people or circumstances that you 'Have' to rely on, it's all you. Could be even dreaming, dreams are all yours to dream! Choose that something that's your own. Prescription: find the way to feel good every day. It’s a big ask, or is it?


You start to see that power within.


Power to turn your emotions around.


Power to turn your day around.


Power to turn your health around.


Power to turn your life around!


Always keep in mind you are unique your body is unique. Your mind or your body is not some body, your body is not in any medical textbook, and therefore you are the expert of you, or would you like to become one?


There’s no other body like yours; that’s why it requires special attention from You! Not from your doctor or any other people; primarily from you!


Bring awareness into your life in terms of you.
