Who is Jingying Xu?


I’m Jingying (Ph.D., DipBSoM), a meditation teacher, energy healer, personal growth coach, and the founder of Meditate Into Prosperity, a platform dedicated to transforming inner power into outward presence. Born in Hangzhou, China, and based in the UK since I was 17, I weave ancient Eastern wisdom with modern Western science, bringing both depth and clarity to my work.


My academic journey includes an MSc in Economics & Management from the London School of Economics, a Ph.D. in Public Health & Policy from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and my role as a former Research Scientist at the University of Oxford’s Medicine Quality Research Group. Alongside this rigorous path, I’ve devoted myself to meditation and healing since 2007 and to conscious personal development since 2019, blending scientific rigor with lived wisdom in the field of meditation and growth.


Through Meditate Into Prosperity, I now guide professionals, leaders, and change-makers to move from stress to serenity and from striving to thriving. My grounded yet intuitive approach empowers people to realign within, expand clarity and presence, and lead with authentic impact.


What inspired you to start Meditate Into Prosperity, and how does it reflect your mission?


Although I was on track for a promising academic career, I felt unfulfilled, as if much of my creativity and intuition remained untapped. Meditation had been my anchor since 2007, helping me not only manage stress and sharpen focus, but also navigate some of life’s toughest challenges: leaving a toxic relationship, raising two young children as a single mother, and rebuilding a life of peace and balance. In 2019, my journey into personal growth training deepened my connection to higher consciousness and gave me the courage to truly follow my heart’s calling.


Meditate Into Prosperity was born from that awakening. It reflects my belief that serenity and prosperity are not opposites, but two sides of the same coin: when you are anchored within, you make wiser decisions, attract aligned opportunities, and thrive more effortlessly. My mission is to make meditation practical, joyful, and transformational, especially for those who have been conditioned to overthink, overwork, and overlook their own truth.


At a deeper level, my vision is to help humanity reconnect with their inner wisdom, energy, and higher awareness, so that clarity, joy, focus, and true well-being become natural ways of living, not lifelong struggles. I believe the real solution to much of today’s stress, unhappiness, and disconnection lies in restoring inner alignment through meditation, energy healing, sound and frequency, intuitive awakening, and conscious reprogramming.


Ultimately, I am here to help co-create a new global health paradigm, one not rooted merely in treating illness, but in awakening human potential. How does your method help people transform inner power into outward presence?


True presence begins on the inside. When people feel stressed, scattered, or disconnected, their outer presence often reflects that, no matter how accomplished they are on paper. My method guides clients inward first, helping them clear subconscious blocks, release stored emotional tension, and reconnect with their authentic energy. From that place, a deeper confidence, clarity, and authority naturally radiate outward.


Through a blend of meditation, energy healing, and intuitive coaching, I help clients cultivate inner stillness while awakening their intuition and creative flow. This isn’t about “performing presence” or learning external techniques; it’s about embodying it. When you are aligned within, your voice becomes clearer, your decisions more grounded, and your impact more authentic.


I combine Eastern wisdom with Western science, so the work is both profound and practical. Clients often tell me they sleep better, feel more centered, and show up differently in their relationships and leadership. Others notice that their energy fills a room, people listen more, trust more, and connect more deeply.


Transforming inner power into outward presence means moving from trying to prove yourself to simply being yourself, and allowing that authenticity to carry influence. It’s the shift from striving to embodying, from pushing outward to radiating from within. That’s where true leadership, impact, and prosperity begin.
