Sheila Marina is an Energy Healer and the founder of Planet of Peace Energy Healing, where she supports individuals in releasing emotional patterns and returning to a more regulated, steady state. With over three decades of experience in Children’s Services, her work is deeply informed by an understanding of family dynamics, emotional development, and the long-term impact of unresolved stress on the nervous system.

Her approach integrates the principles of emotional clarity, somatic awareness, and energetic balance, offering clients a structured yet gentle pathway toward sustainable change. Through her signature Planet of Peace Method, grounded in emotional safety, somatic stillness, and energetic coherence, she guides individuals toward a deeper connection with themselves and a more stable way of moving through life.

Drawing from the work of Dr. Bradley Nelson, Sheila’s sessions support the release of emotional imprints without requiring clients to revisit past experiences. Her work is rooted in the understanding that when the body feels safe, clarity emerges more naturally, and new possibilities begin to take shape.

How do you guide clients to reconnect with themselves in a world that constantly pulls their attention outward?

Reconnection begins with creating a space where the body can settle and the mind no longer needs to stay on alert. Many people have learned to function in a state of outward focus, responding to demands and expectations while gradually losing contact with their internal signals.

In my work, I guide clients into a quieter rhythm where attention gently returns inward. This is supported through somatic stillness, a state where the nervous system begins to regulate, and the body no longer feels the need to brace or push.

From here, clarity emerges more naturally. Clients begin to recognize their patterns and emotional imprints with greater ease. Rather than striving to figure things out, they experience a return to steadiness where awareness unfolds without force.

What inspired the creation of the Planet of Peace Method, and how does it reflect your approach to emotional healing?

The Planet of Peace Method was developed through years of observing how emotional patterns form, persist, and begin to shift when the body experiences a sense of safety. Again and again, meaningful change emerged when individuals were supported in a more regulated and steady state.

This led to a structured approach grounded in three core elements, emotional safety, somatic stillness, and energetic coherence. Each element supports the body in settling, the mind in softening, and the system as a whole in becoming more receptive to change.

Rather than focusing on effort or intensity, the method honours the body’s natural capacity to release what it is ready to let go of. As this process unfolds, clients often experience greater clarity, a deeper connection to themselves, and a more stable way of moving through life.

The work reflects a simple understanding, when the body feels safe, new choices become available.

What does your approach address the root causes of emotional and societal unrest rather than just the symptoms?

Many approaches focus on managing visible behaviors or easing immediate discomfort. This can offer relief, and deeper patterns often remain in place.

My work focuses on identifying and releasing emotional imprints held within the body. These imprints influence perception, shape reactions, and contribute to repeated patterns in relationships and decision-making.

Through a structured process, informed by the work of Dr. Bradley Nelson, the body guides us toward what is ready to be released, without requiring clients to revisit past experiences.

As these layers clear, emotional responses soften, relationships become more balanced, and a greater sense of internal stability begins to take hold.

How does your methodology create measurable changes in mindset, relationships, and overall well-being?

Change becomes measurable through everyday experience. Clients often notice that situations which once felt overwhelming begin to feel more manageable. Conversations carry less charge, and decision-making becomes clearer.

My approach, the Planet of Peace Method, is grounded in three elements, emotional safety, somatic stillness, and energetic coherence. Together, these support the nervous system in shifting from reactivity toward regulation.

As this shift stabilizes, mindset evolves naturally. Individuals move through life with greater clarity, and relationships benefit from a more grounded presence.

Wellbeing becomes evident not only in how clients feel during a session, but also in how they live afterward, with increased ease, resilience, and steadiness.

How do you ensure that the transformation your clients experience is not temporary but becomes a lifelong way of living?

Lasting change develops through integration. When the nervous system experiences regulation, it begins to recognize this state as familiar and accessible.

Each session builds on this foundation, allowing steadiness to become easier to return to in daily life. Clients also develop a deeper awareness of their internal experience, which supports more intentional responses.

Transformation becomes sustainable because it is remembered within the body and reinforced through lived experience.

How can leaders and changemakers use your principles to influence wider communities and create lasting impact?

Leadership begins with internal regulation. When individuals are grounded and clear, their presence influences the environments around them.

Leaders who embody emotional steadiness create spaces where others feel safe and able to engage more openly. This directly shapes communication, collaboration, and group dynamics.

The principles I work with, emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and energetic coherence, extend into leadership, teams, and communities.

When applied consistently, they support cultures that are less reactive and more responsive. This creates the conditions for thoughtful decision-making, meaningful connection, and sustainable progress.

In this way, personal transformation becomes collective influence.

Steadiness, once experienced, becomes something we can return to and from that place, and change begins to hold.
