Would you love to let go of your limiting, ceaseless thoughts that plague your mind, steal vital energy that could be applied to creativity and well-being? These are thoughts that stop you from enjoying peace of mind, inner reflection, generosity of the heart, inner growth, and real thinking that lead to creating a new life for yourself.

These ceaseless thoughts, mentations, are the regurgitation of the same mental content we have day after day. It’s not real thinking. Thinking and mentation are not the same things. It is a continual recycling of thought forms, not thinking, but thought forms, your inner conversations, and outer projections.

All of us do this to some degree. Have you considered what is driving your thoughts, beliefs, and actions?

Your limiting thoughts playing in the background of your mind relate to old feelings and happenings, the blame and shame, the I am not enough, and so forth are run from your subconscious mind. It is like an old computer program running on a subliminal level that directs your thoughts that give rise to your beliefs and actions, affecting the way you relate and participate in the world around you, the world you create and live in.

Carl Jung, who founded the field of analytical psychology, said, 'Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.’

Real thinking and vital energy are siphoned off by what is often described as victim consciousness, a lack of awareness, self-awareness, and self-responsibility. (Note there is no judgment here) Here there is no discipline in deciding and making choices. Alternatively, one may be trapped living in unresolved pain, where they are deeply hindered from choosing new, life-enhanced ways forward.

Change most often comes when we grow weary. We may even burn out or break down, tired of this ceaseless mentation, the projection of negativity onto the world, and the pain this causes us. It is here many engage in the power of choice.

What does choice mean - an act of choosing between two or more possibilities.

Acclaimed epidemiologist Bruce Lipton Ph.D. said, “The new realization exhilarated me that I could change the character of my life by changing my beliefs. I was instantly energized because I realized that there was a science-based path that would take me from my job as a perennial victim to a new position as co-creator of my destiny.”

So, where to from here? For many, choosing to pay attention and becoming aware of one’s limiting thoughts, and with practice change. These achieve positive life-affirming transformation. Others who suffer from trauma-related issues or limiting patterns that seemingly drive and continually hinder their lives can find working with their subconscious mind extremely effective.

RTT Hypnotherapy, a form of neuroscience, can help you replace negative networks with healthy ones, making it a powerful force for reaching health and wellbeing. It utilizes hypnosis as an inroad, essentially a quieting of the nervous system, and induces a relaxed state of mind, a space for communication between the conscious and unconscious minds, as well as a heightened state of suggestibility. Here there is an opportunity to reframe one’s connection to trauma and limiting thoughts and beliefs, engage new life-affirming thoughts that build life-affirming beliefs and actions, so you can commence co-creating a healthy, joyful, abundant life and so much more!

So, what would you choose to let go of?

What new life-enhanced 'sense of self' would you like to embrace and expand into to create a new way forward for yourself?
