I used to ONLY offer 45-minute, complimentary sales calls to sell my coaching. To be honest if you’re in the industry, selling an online service, you likely have yourself at one point or another… Sales calls offered a lot for me, not just personally, but for my business to grow. But I own, I didn’t know there was another way.

My reality and perception offered models which created success through sales calls (which is fabulous and absolutely works) but I personally felt a very strong SHIFT this year in the industry as a whole.

Integrating and embarking on a new model to lead my business to the space I desire, inviting in my capacity and time doing what I love most ‒ serving and coaching.

Expanding ways in which each individual working together can choose to build their business and scale (both with or without, sales calls) and the identity, process, and behaviours to take you there.

Here is what I experienced, choosing to eliminate sales calls to work with me:

1. It was a formality, clients who desired to work with me were ready, yet I was adding more “red tape” for them to say YES.

2022 has been filled with nuance, duality, and dismantling ways of my identity in who I was and what I chose to implement in my business from Year One, operating my business.

Being a student myself, I am approaching trauma-informed business protocols and processes. Adopting an application form in my process bridging Context, Choice, and Consent to meet clients, where they are at.

2. My audience was waiting for transparency within an industry where ethics could be questionable.

I honoured and spent time integrating within my own energetics and nervous system what was in deep ethical integrity for myself and approached this decision from the lens of the client.

I then made changes to my process, following this period and space for myself to adjust, to witness the shift.

Choosing to disclose my pricing attracted those ready and qualified while disqualifying others who didn’t.

3. I redefined how I’m showing up and SERVING; as this is the best selling strategy.

I decided to serve in new ways ‒ outside of social media and holding sales calls to demonstrate my coaching plus overcome objections.

Offering opportunities where I can unleash my coaching magic and expertise to build trust and connection in these experiences with my audience to receive questions like:

  • “So, how can I pay you?”

  • “When can we get started?”

4️. Leveraging + auditing my messaging and content to pre-sell my coaching services.

Pre-establishing those in my audience to make their decision to work with me through the credibility and trust built; between social proof and content produced that speaks to where they’re at, where they desire, and potential objections with clarity.

Great content builds trust and credibility. Great content pre-sells your services.
