Rãmeka or Brother Ra is well known when it comes to spiritual insight, visions, wisdom & guidance for Life. And because of such, he is known as the Spiritual Navigator, lighting the way for others through spirituality, energy & higher consciousness.

Walking the path of Spirit is not an easy path to travel. In truth, it may be one of the most difficult yet sacred paths a soul can choose in its lifetime.

It is not paved in certainty.
It is not lined with applause.
And it rarely makes sense to the World.
And, because of this, not many will choose to walk it because it does ask you to push beyond all the limitations you have come to know or have been conditioned and programmed into.
But for those who hear the call, it becomes impossible to ignore.
And I was one of those souls.
Not because I felt holy or righteous.
Not because I was seeking the light.
But because the life & past that I was clinging to was falling apart, and I was wandering, lost & struggling through the sandpaper shifts of everything taking place.
From my wounds and trauma, to addiction, avoidance, struggle, anger, grief, sadness, suicidal thoughts, and darkness, I came to know these intimately well.
There were nights I wished I would not wake from.
Mornings when I felt like a ghost in my own skin.
And days where I was an empty shell walking through a hazy World feeling confused, alone and often hopeless, all the while throwing on a brave face and smile to anyone who saw me, in a feeble attempt to seem normal and ok.
The man I once was, built on survival mode, was collapsing. And in the rubble that remained, something ancient began to stir.
A whisper was coming from within. A familiar voice I had heard since I was a toddler… “There is more to life than this, Rameka. You must remember.”
That whisper became fuel for the blazing fire that, over time, lit up the darkness in my life and shone upon the path I was destined to travel. And just a side note, it is there for all those who are seeking & feeling the same.
Now, what we are not told about awakening is that it often feels like dying. Like every part of you is aching in ways you never thought possible, and you begin questioning everyone & everything not only around you but also within you. You question the masks you have worn. You question your thoughts and actions. You question your past, present and future. You question your reality and entire existence. And it can make you feel like you are going stir crazy.
This is what it means to go through the awakening process. To unravel and unlearn all you have ever known, to expand your mind, sight, energy and consciousness into what is truly possible. That which is calling you. (And mind you, awakening can happen multiple times throughout life; it is not always just one singular act that occurs)
To walk the path of Spirit is not about becoming more ‘light’. It is about becoming more authentic to who you are. It is about peeling back the layers built over time and rising stronger in authenticity so that as you do so, that light can naturally and organically shine brighter than ever, potentially influencing many others to do the same for themselves.
Reality will strip away all the shadows you have hidden with every lie you’ve ever told yourself to stay safe. And every story you have repeated and sold to others will be burned in the flames of your becoming.
Due to all of this, I had to meet those shadows within myself. The parts of me silenced, ashamed, and disconnected over the years due to whatever experience, event and situation I had encountered.
I had to surrender my need to control, be liked, and be perfect.
And in doing so, I didn’t become less; I became more whole. More connected than ever. A return to myself. A sacred remembering.
This was not enlightenment through bypassing the work that needed to be done. It was the gritty, grounded, raw rebirth of a man who had walked through ‘hell’ faced my challenges and demons - and brought back a message and medicine for myself and anyone else who may resonate and need.
This path does not hand you answers. Meaning, they’re not just going to fall into your lap. And you won’t be given the blueprints for your life, making it easier. You need to put in the work.
Walking the path of Spirit requires radical responsibility of the self. It requires continuous action in your healing. And a dedication to your own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual development to strengthen who you are in this World.
This path will present mirrors for you to reflect on. Signs. Omens and opportunities. It tests your trust, not in the old systems of the World, but in all that which is unseen. And with every test you pass, every initiation, so to speak, you move to the next stage of your development and becoming.
For me, the initiations looked like:
Finding peace in the stillness instead of avoiding it.
Listening to God/Spirit with more awareness and presence.
Losing what I thought were friends and those I cared about.
Becoming present when my mind screamed for distraction.
Holding myself and others through raw, gritty conversations.
Allowing the tears and fears to come, instead of creating borders against it all in dismissal and avoidance.
Living through a near-death experience and suicidal struggles.
Allowing my pain to become my teacher to guide and shift my healing so I can learn to let go and grow.
Standing naked and raw in the flames of ending, trusting that everything was happening for me, not to me, leading me to where & who I was meant to be.
This is where I began to remember that I wasn’t broken.
I was becoming. I began to remember who I was, why I am here, and the mission, medicine and message I am here to carry.
I don’t walk this path for myself alone, even though I have felt isolated from everyone else, distant from loved ones & society.
I walk this path for those who have felt alone and lost in their own lives. For those who have felt the stir, the calling within. For the leaders with ancient energy flowing in their blood. And for the ones who have been called to rise while the rest of the World chooses to sleep.
This is the age of the Great Awakening. The great remembering. Of the mystic, the intuitive, the healer, the guide, the leader, the light-worker and torch bearer.
This is what I stand for and am here for.
Not a guru on a pedestal selling angel number courses.
Or a filtered illusion of perfection and copy-paste wisdom that can be found all over social media.
But a human being, embodied & rooted in Spirit, alive with purpose.
I believe:
You can speak truth with compassion, peace and understanding.
You can heal your lineage, bloodline and ancestry, and light the path for others to do the same.
And you can also take responsibility for the qualities and abilities you have been blessed with.
We all have a responsibility to the light, the medicine and the message that we carry.
This is spiritual entrepreneurship and embodied leadership.
This is remembering who we truly are and discovering why we came here. And every one of us has our reason, mission and calling for being alive in this amazing World.
This is what it means to walk the path of Spirit.
If you’re here reading this and have come this far, I know something in you resonates.
You’ve felt the pull. You’ve tasted the truth. And you have felt or heard the calling within you.
Please take in and remember the following,
Spirit does not rush. It is our mind, emotions and ego that do so. You are not late. You are right on time. Gods time.
Your pain is sacred. It is not here to cripple, suppress or destroy you. It is here to guide, heal and awaken you.
You are not too much. You are perfectly designed for your purpose. The right people will always come at every stage of your life to share your experience and the ‘muchness’ of your being.
You don’t need to be ‘healed to be worthy’. You need to say yes to the journey before you, whether you understand it or not. Being alive today shows that you are worthy of your life and your calling.
You are the bridge between Worlds. Your presence is medicine for all those you come across in life. And because of this, it is important to remember to be a lighthouse, not a lifeboat. We are here to serve, not save. Your job isn’t to save everyone. It is to shine so boldly and brightly that others remember their light and are inspired to shine themselves.
Choose the courageous path over the comfortable one, the path of the Hero, the Warrior, the way-shower. As the path of Spirit, as mentioned before, isn’t always easy, but it is always true. Walk it with your chin up, shoulders back, chest open, and your heart strong.
You’ve got to feel to heal. Emotions are not your enemy; they are sacred messengers. Let the grief, rage, love, joy & so on move through you. That is where the medicine is.
Lead and stand for yourself first, as everything starts and ends with us. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep. Focus on and harness who you are to rise and lead the way for your family & others.
Walk with your Ancestors, not algorithms. Let ancient wisdom guide your modern walk and stay rooted in Spirit, even as you build in the digital space. (We will always be evolving in this World, and it is important that as we do so, we do not forget where we come from and our connections to Spirit and the Natural World)
Truth is a frequency, not a concept. Speak it. Embody it & live it, even when your voice trembles. Own the space and truth that you carry.
Let your life be a living message. The most powerful message is the way you show up in the World. So be the embodiment of your message, not just an echo.
You’re not here to fit in. You’re here to remember who you are and why you came here. The mission, my friend, is to stand tall in your uniqueness. Because the more you remember who you are, the more others will remember. As your light shines, you unconsciously permit other people to do the same wise words by Marianne Williamson.
This is my invitation to you.
Walk the path of Spirit and lead from within in whatever area, field and profession of life you are drawn to. We are all spiritual beings living a physical experience, and the more we unite our Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit, the more we move together like one.
Embody truth, don’t just speak it, remembering also that there is individual & universal truth in this World, and what may be true for you, may not be so for another, and vice versa.
Move with faith always, even when the future is uncertain, confusing and unclear. Faith will carry you through when it may seem like all hope is lost.
And stand, again and again, in devotion to something greater than yourself. Remember, the sun will rise again, and another new day will always begin.
If you are asking yourself, Is this path for me?”
Then the answer is yes.
If you feel the call, then it has already begun. And you are most likely already walking the path without even realising.
Remember who you are.
Allow yourself the beauty and grace of being reborn through the fires of your life experience, into the infinite greatness of who you are and can be. Let us rise together as one.
In doing so, we can bring positive change to the World by shining with all we are, like stars in the night sky as beacons in the darkness to those who need. Healing and carrying on the lineage we descend from, paving the way as the Ancestors of tomorrow.
Healing is possible. Awakening is real. The path of Life is Sacred. This is our time. Your time.
Journey well, friend, walking the path of Spirit.
Heart strong.
Light up the darkness.
