Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a partnered, fifteen-minute practice in which a woman’s clitoris is intimately stroked by a fully clothed partner with no goal but to feel (Pilcher, 2020). It has been described by practitioners of OM that rather than having an out of body experience, it was contrarily an in body experience. Staying grounded and connected to the earth element during OM has been described as the hand of the man that is OMing is really an umbilical cord to earth (Pilcher, 2020). So, orgasmic meditation can be, and is, an efficient method of tying female orgasm to the grounded earth element by tapping into the root of the clitoris and its other submerged physiological counterparts by allowing you to get even deeper with the process.

The CUV complex is the means to which this depth can be reached. The anatomical relationships and dynamic interactions between the clitoris, urethra, and anterior vaginal wall have led to the concept of a clitourethrovaginal (CUV) complex, defining a variable, multifaceted morphofunctional area that, when properly stimulated during penetration, could induce orgasmic responses (Jannini, Buisson, & Rubio-Casillas, 2014).
Another example of connecting with the earth element to foster deep and better orgasms for you is through any sensual practices that augment your senses via mindfulness training. Essentially, mindfulness in a general sense, is complete and total awareness and acceptance in the present moment of what is going on within you and around you. Adam et.al. (2015) found that overall, orgasmic women reported more mindfulness than anorgasmic women, both in daily life and significantly more during dyadic sexual activities.
What this means is that by cultivating more mindfulness in both your daily existence and in your sexual world, you will have deeper, more sensual orgasms as you will become more in tune with your body and with your senses. A prime example is being blindfolded. Deprivation of one or more senses, allows any remaining senses to come to the fore and really develop more acutely.
