The cycle that repeats itself.

When you are a person who knows you were made for more and meant to do great things, the typical 9-5 desk job can be painful.

It can feel like you’re holding back from your true potential and living so inauthentically to what your soul desires.

You cry you brush it off, you suppress frustration and resentment for the life you feel trapped by.

You tell yourself to just be grateful.

“So many would kill to have what you have.”

It’s not that you’re not grateful, but you know that if you could just utilize all the gifts and talents you possess, life would flow so much more seamlessly.

This is where being a multi-passionate person can be so difficult.

So many ideas and possibilities that it’s almost debilitating more than it isn’t because there are so many directions you could go.

But which one do you move forward with and what would a first step even be?

It’s all too much to take in and feels so overwhelming.

The tears come back and the desire to surrender and say EFF comes full force.

You reach out with Hail Mary’s and White Flags to all of your friends who could provide any kind of sound advice to make you feel better.

And it works. It DOES make you feel better... for a day or so.

Suddenly life isn’t too bad.

“I’ve got this”

“I’ll figure it out somehow”

“Everything happens for a reason”

“I just need to trust the process”

Life feels like it’s going to be okay but the truth is, give it a day or so and the anxiety/stress/overwhelm/feeling of not being or doing enough sinks in again.

But this time deeper.

“How am I STILL in this same place?”

The tears, anger, resentment on top of NEW self-doubt comes back.

It all repeats itself.

But for how much longer?

How much longer are you going to allow yourself to stay in the same endless loop?

When is it finally time to make a change?

Maybe you don’t know exactly how to make that change, but you know that there are people out there that can help you figure it out.

Somewhere, deep inside, you are aware that you don’t have to do life alone and you don’t have to magically have all the answers.

This is why Coaches are so powerful.

We can help you see your blind spots. We can support you with the accountability you wouldn’t be able to give yourself.

We can get you out of “Stuck” and into “I’m so excited about my life.”

So my question for you is, which reality are you choosing more into?

Said only in pure love- Coach Jesi
