At one time, I thought, “I’ve tried everything to

grow my coaching business,” and that felt true. The Ads, funnels, coaching, personal development, programs, and NOTHING seemed to work to create consistent clients that were committed to making a difference in their lives. I felt like I was CHASING people. It felt weird.

Until I found this strategy that WORKED—using workshops to build authentic relationships. I had no idea how to build a workshop, but I thought, “Just give some value.”

business

My first Workshop was a flop- NOBODY showed up! So, I tweaked my approach and created it again- 2 friends showed up. I tweaked and did it again- 7 people showed up and then 10 and 20 and 30….Now hundreds of people attend.

I know if I had a strategy, I would have got these results quicker. So today, I want to give you what I learned that would make it easier for you to do workshops and scale your business.

Lesson No.1 You need an effective strategy.

With the right strategy, your Workshops can save you an enormous amount of time in your coaching business and give you the space you need to scale. You can cut the info you give but never cut your sharing and story. Your story has people feel deeply connected to you, and they will be more open to hearing the info you’re sharing.

Lesson No.2 Fear is just excitement (with the exhale).

When you are scared, you hold your breath, but when you are excited, you hold your breath and then exhale- kind of like the first crack of fireworks. The noise scares you, but then the color excites you. So, DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE!

77% of the population expresses some fear over public speaking. I was among the 10% that had a debilitating fear, but I shifted to being among the 10% that love being on the stage - And it took a mindset shift. Be willing to let go of your fears and doubts and get on the stage!

Lesson No.3 You ARE an expert.

Get creative and grow your influence. You’ve done the work- now own the idea that you are the expert. Use the power of enrolment to create community partnerships that will fill your events with your ideal clients. Learn how to rev up your leadership to create magic in your business.

Lesson No.4 The Music Festival Content Model

The biggest and most successful events on the planet are Music Festivals. Why? Because people love the artists. They feel connected, and it’s fun! You can SELL OUT your events like a Music Festival when the “Authentic You” shows up on the stage. Be willing to be unattached to the results! GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD!

Lesson No.4 Focus on your fans.

This starts long before your event. Build trust and rapport with your people. Give them so much value they want more. Build their trust by being consistent- not just when you have an event to sell out. When you give, give, give- it’s ok to ask.

Applying these strategies took years to refine, but it has been worth the effort.

If you would love to learn more about selling out your events, feel free to check out our “Scale With Workshops” 5 Day Challenge. We will be deep diving and giving you so much value, and you will be rocking that stage in no time.

Cheers to your success.
