Jessica Dalby, Preeminent Leader in Brand Messaging

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

My name is Jessica Dalby. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a minor in Sociology, and an emphasis in Research Methods and Statistics. A proud mother of seven and grandmother of three. I love to read, conduct research, and elevate others. Rooting for the underdog and sharing their stories demonstrates we all have a purpose in life.

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

My partner Julie Lokun CEO and founder of The Mediacasters LLC DBA Jessica Dalby Brand Media focus on public & media relations from an omnipresent perspective. Displaying a person’s brand/small business/and story via print, digital, and audio. Via consulting services provided, ensuring the proper methods and education to clients are provided; establishing an entrepreneur’s business correctly, strategic planning, brand development, brand enhancement, marketing, and more; developing their story and brand in a unique fashion. Workshops, packages, a wide variety of events, and community are guaranteed to elevate others; by focusing based on the premise of the three P’s podcasting, publishing, and presenting, with a sprinkle of public relations.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

My clientele targets creatives, small businesses, entrepreneurs, independent music artists, and Fortune 500 companies, in various niche markets. Elevating the stories, voices, and businesses of others is the audience the business targets. Often, more is known about a brand/small business; however, not the owner, CEO, or founder. Creating visibility through public & media relations allows potential clientele to connect with the owner, CEO, and/or founder of the small business and develop that know, like, and trust factor.

Jessica Dalby, The Media Game Changer

What are your current goals for your business?

The present goals for the business are to continue to elevate brand awareness via public & media relations from an omnipresent perspective. Continuing to offer consulting services, so the client is also being educated at the same time. Building relationships and networking are pivotal in growing any business. Demonstrate to the client that a community exists to support them, enhance the possibilities that lay before them, zoning in on their target audience, and further build clientele providing the visibility they deserve.

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

Having an impact on clients globally. In the next few months, a relaunch of the podcast Plan D With Jessica Dalby addressing mental health for those living in silence is an extremely big cause that needs to be addressed. In Fall 2023 a book will be launching titled ‘Man You Are Crazy. This will be co-authored by Detective Chris Anderson from the First 48 and the show Reasonable Doubt that aired on A&E and retired law enforcement, Kevin Donaldson. Fusing the conversation of mental health and law enforcement. This is not just a conversation, but a movement. The public & media relations for this book are being handled by The Mediacasters and Jessica Dalby Brand Media. Mental health awareness is needed, and these two trailblazers are taking it head-on. Via the Kickstarter campaign established the overwhelming support from all over is amazing. Join the revolution!

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

My partner Julie Lokun inspires me every day to be the best personally and professionally. She has impacted me ensuring I believe that I am worthy and deserving of all good things. Being a partner with her in The Mediacasters LLC is an honor. She pushes me, supports me, gives me advice, and tells me the good, the bad, and the ugly, but at the end of the day, I will always look up to her. She has shown me how to persevere in business and has taught me what being a genuine person truly means.
