You may have found yourself wondering,

If you’ve never hired a coach,

Just what is all the hype about?

With this new self-care approach?

I’d like to clear up confusion

And help you understand

Just what a life coach does for you,

Until you know firsthand

How much does a life coach earn?

You’ve heard the rumor of millions

Truthfully, the range is extremely wide

We are just normal civilians

Another big myth: All clients are rich

Since programs are expensive

But for every client, and every budget

The options are extensive

Coaches are not therapists,

Treating trauma to help daily function

Therapy is past-focused, coaching is forward

So, we sometimes work in conjunction

When you are mentally healthy

And want to create and live your best life

A coach can help you understand

How your brain can give you strife

It’s wired for comfort and pleasure

Keeps you safe and avoids any pain

Conserves energy, in case of attack

That’s the outdated job of the brain

You may think the reason to hire a coach:

Advice and guidance in what you should do

The truth is, we’ll help you decide for yourself

For your life is in fact up to you

The job of a coach is to listen

And always lead the sessions

Show you thoughts you didn’t know that you had

By asking the really good questions

We all have ingrained beliefs

And we’d swear they all are so true

We learned them when we were little

And kept them deep down as we grew

Once we help you to realize

You can choose what you want to believe

It opens up a whole new world

Of great, big goals to achieve

Finally get to that weight goal

Organize your home

Stop trying to control other people

Less scrolling on your phone

Stop feeling so afraid

Make connections that are real

Move forward after a loss

Reconsider the guilt that you feel

Earn more money in business

Learn how to manage your time

Be the parent you want to be

Stop drinking so much wine

Find a program that fits your style

The one that will get the job done

A workshop, a group, or a membership

Or hire a coach one-on-one

Any coach that you work with

Will always believe in you

There will be a shift, a transition

As you see potential too

So, when you’re ready to bloom and grow

And experience something brand new

A life coach will introduce you to

The new and improved Future-You
