Our life can only be meaningful in adversity. It is the darkness that brings us to this conclusion because we are condemned to make a quick and, above all, efficient decision.

We often question others, convincing ourselves of a satisfaction disguised by the codes of society, a code that is reassuring because it is familiar.

Nevertheless, do we have the courage to question ourselves in the depths of our being? To take the time to understand ourselves and to fight our worst enemy which is our own reflection (ourselves)?

I have made darkness an ally, a true partner in life. It is the only one that never spares us, faithful to the job 24/7.

Now that we know this, have we really known how to use it wisely?

Running away never excludes or solves problems, it only buries them. And this attitude only postpones the inevitable by amplifying it through our passivity towards it.

Don't run away from this discomfort zone but tame it, know how to optimise it, sublimate it by your motivation and your efforts.

Be the greatest of fighters.

Often we run away from the darkness instead of facing it and turn the fight towards the other.

Never forget that your daily struggle is not to overpower the other, but to dominate yourself and thus get the best version of yourself every day.

Through your pain, your darkness, you are building yourself, and this learning is necessary to boost your self-esteem, to reach your full potential.

Be competitive with yourself and your actions. Be patient and take advantage of life's obstacles.

The only truly meaningful and fair fight is inevitably the fight against yourself.

So be demanding but grateful, obstinate but not envious, an active participant and not passive when taking control of your life.

Every action you take will be a crucial step in your personal development on a cognitive level.

A new obstacle is simply a new blank page that is offered to you.

Now that you have these tools, what are you waiting for to write the next chapter of your life?

Confront yourself!
