Robert Susa’s commitment to transparency created a foundation for the company’s future growth. He later served as Sales Training Manager and Sales Director, roles in which he unified offices across the United States and Canada through consistent expectations and professional training.


In 2008, he became President of InventHelp, and in 2012, he purchased the company. His leadership ensured that InventHelp continued to evolve with the modern inventor’s needs. New technologies, improved project tracking systems, and ongoing communication improvements helped build a more efficient and reliable process for clients.


These efforts strengthened the company’s credibility and helped preserve its long-standing A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Robert Susa’s values can be traced back to his childhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These traits became even more central to his development during his years at Youngstown State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication.


While at YSU, he excelled academically and athletically. He appeared on the Dean’s List, participated in the Academic Senate, and played as a starting pitcher on the baseball team. Robert Susa has donated more than one hundred thousand dollars in scholarships to Youngstown State University students, helping future leaders pursue opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
